About Dr. Harsh

Dr. Harsh Atul Hirani is a Hyderabad-based Diabetologist, healthcare innovator, and internationally recognized speaker at the intersection of clinical medicine, artificial intelligence, and medical law. His work spans advanced diabetes management, CGM technology, AI-driven care models, and regulatory ethics — making him one of India’s most versatile clinician-technologists in the field.

A winner of the Torrent Young Scholar Award 2019 as Best Orator Diabetologist in India, Dr. Harsh holds an Advanced Certification in AI in Medicine (ABAIM, USA – 89.19%), a PG Diploma in Medical Law, Ethics & Policymaking (NLU, Gandhinagar), and a No Code AI & ML certification from MIT, USA. He is also a GOLD Level Global Trainer with the Time in Range Academy, Park Nicollet International Diabetes Center, Minnesota.
